10 errori da evitare

Andare in bici è bellissimo.

Bisogna accettarla, capirla e imparare a goderne.

9. Farsi condizionare dai commenti esterni

Cycling is beautiful. To turn the bike in a real habit and not just a socially leisure involves a series of decisions and choices that are not always easy to put into practice, especially if you are not well advised. Often some decisions or expectations prove wrong and the thing may appear frustrating, and to say that "the bike is not for me." We highlight the 10 mistakes to avoid when you approach seriously in the world of cycling, to ensure that this experience is magnificent in every aspect.

1. Buy a poor quality bike
It happens, when you want to start a new business, to devote it a really tight budget, because "I do not know if I'll like it."
Better to opt for a good used bike, just take a trip in the shops or spend some 'time on sales secondhand sites.

2.Buy a too evolved bike
The exact opposite of the previous situation: buy a too evolved and specialized bike for their essays. As the Romans said "virtue is in the middle", it is always better to buy a suitable bike to what you will do.

3.Buy a bike by impetus
Similar to the previous error: when you walk into a store and you remain dazzled by the brightness of the frames. Result? A lot of wasted money and the idea that cycling brings only costs and expenses, as well as having in his hands a bike that we can not exploit. it would be better before to figure out what type of cyclist you are, and then according to this choose your bike.

4. Ignore the bike- mechanics
Every cyclist should have a minimum notion of  bike- mechanics, that can be summed up: knowing how to change a tube with holes, to know and to know how to adjust the saddle adjusting the exchange rate.

5. Have exaggerated expectations
Many people buy the first bike thinking that will offer immediate and obvious benefits.
Everything has its time realizzazione. Everything is  gradual and requires perseverance and commitment.

6. Too much enthusiasm
Any change must be gradual. This means that the first time you have to start from the first step, on the basis of your athletic training and physical condition, otherwise you burn yourself.

7. Think like a motorist
Use the bicycle means upsetting your mind and the way you see your mobility. When you decide to really use the bike, you have to carefully plan the move, perhaps taking secondary and safer roads and you should not unnecessarily lengthen the path.

8. Do not afford fatigue
Cycling is fun, freedom, health, leisure but it is especially hard! You have to accept it, understand it and learn to enjoy it.

9. Take care of external comments
At the beginning it's hard to cope with all that you are against, especially if you are not really certain. Do not condition and follow your way, the results will not be long in coming.

10. Being obsessed

The bike is a beautiful sport, which capture and what you miss when you are unable to do so. But it is one thing to love to ride a bike, another is obsessed with them. Do not get carried away. Obsession is the first step towards the repulsion.
Do not take yourself too seriously, it is important to have a bike, a road ahead and the determination to follow it.
