Avviato come progetto pilota in tre città europee (Roma, Sofia e Londra), City.

The bicycle theft is a very serious problem in Italy.
City.Risks, seeks to create a network that will multiply its effectiveness as you add users.

Started as a pilot project in three European cities (Rome, Sofia and London), City.Risks creates a network of users and detectors that on the one hand provides a number of useful information to improve prevention (highest risk areas, and journey to avoid more) and on the other, when the theft occurred, it can become a useful tool to recover the vehicle.
It takes place through the use of a sensor of reduced dimensions, provided with transceiver and long battery life. The sensor is applied in an arbitrary point of the bicycle and is equipped with a single recorded via app or web ID.
If someone steals a bicycle equipped with sensor, simply communicate the ID indicating theft and central City.Risks will initiate a procedure for the detection of the sensor signals.

What distinguishes City.Risks is that the sensor signal detection will take place not only by means of the fixed stations with a good coverage range, but also using all smartphones of registered users, who become in practice a kind of mobile patrol able to expand and significantly improve your search range.
